Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James has shown once again that he is the Boston Celtics' nightmare.

On Tuesday, LeBron exploded for 30 points, four rebounds and five assists to lead the Lakers to a dominant 117-10 win over the Celtics. He was on fire right from the start, going for 16 points on 85 percent shooting from the field in the first quarter alone to set the tone for the Purple and Gold.

In the process, the Lakers leader became just the fifth player in NBA history to have at least 50 career 30-point games against the Celtics.

While LeBron James is already in his 19th season in the NBA, what he has accomplished against the Celtics is pretty remarkable. After all, he averaged over 30 points in his career just twice–during the during the 2005-06 and 2007-08 seasons. With that said, it is quite clear The King enjoys plating against the Celtics.

Of course Beantown fans would hate that. James has been a thorn on their side when he was in the East, and by the looks of it, he isn't done terrorizing them.

Individual accolades aside, though, LeBron would be happy with the win as they improve their record and move up in the Western Conference standings. At 13-12 on the season, they are now at sixth place in the conference and look poised to start the climb to the top.

While they have a lot to work on, particularly their defense as Magic Johnson tweeted, the victory against the Celtics has to be a major morale-booster for the squad.
