Following their 100-93 road win over the Phoenix Suns on Sunday night, the Los Angeles Lakers (6-8) will finally return home Wednesday night from a four-game road trip to their home in Staples Center to take on a Philadelphia 76ers team with a lot of young talent.
According to Ryan Ward of ClutchPoints, Lakers rookie forward Kyle Kuzma spoke highly about the talented Sixers squad, most notably the 2016 NBA Draft's first overall pick Ben Simmons.
“Pretty good player,” Kuzma said of Simmons on Tuesday afternoon. “We're gonna have our hands full.”
For the Sixers, Simmons continues to show NBA fans why he's such an amazing young talent this year, after not playing a single game in the 2016-17 season. In 13 starts this year, the 21-year-old Simmons is putting together a ridiculous stat line by averaging 17.8 points, 9.2 rebounds, 7.5 assists, and 1.7 steals per game in 34.3 minutes of action.

Kuzma, who is a pleasant surprise for the Lakers, after being drafted 27th overall in the 2017 NBA Draft, is now a starter in head coach Luke Walton's system, averaging 14.9 points, 6.8 boards, and 1.4 assists per game.
