The Los Angeles Lakers have not had very many things to cheer about in a disappointing 17-18 start to the season that has seen injuries, COVID-19, and overall lack of chemistry affect the Lakers in a huge way. What was once a championship-or-bust squad is now just hoping to stay around the .500 mark for the next month or so until they can get Anthony Davis back from his most recent injury. On Tuesday, they gave a little bit of hope to their fans with a 132-123 road victory over the Houston Rockets.
The final score was not the story of the game, however, as the main focus has been on a Rockets fan who couldn't contain himself and decided to celebrate a thunderous dunk by “King James” with this awesome flex:

As you can see, the dunk was so monstrous that it was hard for any of the fans sitting courtside to contain themselves and this young man just so happened to provide the best reaction. Maybe LeBron will find the man and bring him to all of his games as a symbol of good luck. In what LeBron called his first true start at the center position in almost two decades in the league, “King James” had a triple-double that turned back time. To go along with his 32 points, LeBron also had eleven rebounds, eleven assists, a steal, and two blocks in almost 40 minutes of playing time.
Up next for the Lakers is a road date on Wednesday with the Memphis Grizzlies. The Grizzlies are back to almost full health (minus Dillon Brooks,) and just took out one of the best teams in the NBA when they beat the Phoenix Suns 114-113 on Monday night.
