Kids, Magic Johnson did it again. Following Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James hitting a three in the closing seconds against the Golden State Warriors to win the game, the NBA icon provided a non compos mentis take on the mean streets of Twitter.
Before I share with you what Magic Johnson said, I suggest you put your children in another room and/or make sure colleagues are not near your computer. It cannot be stressed enough: what Magic said about LeBron James hitting a game-winning three is reality-bending. Most people aren't ready for this jelly.
OK. Everyone has been warned and…
It took LeBron's unbelievable 3-point shot to beat Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors tonight 103-100!!

Oh FFS, Magic Johnson.
To be fair, this is literally all the Lakers legend does. Well, outside of being good at business an all-time great basketball player.
Anyway, the former Lakers player treats Twitter like he's dictating something to an important historical document. There's little time from takes or unique points of view from Magic, he's got to make sure everyone knows what they literally just saw was, in fact, what they literally just saw.
That being said, Magic Johnson is not wrong. It did take a three from LeBron James for the Los Angeles Lakers to upend the Golden State Warriors. And to that, I guess Magic's “takes” are better than those given by some other retired NBA players.
