It only took a few days for Vanessa Bryant to sell off a house she used to own with Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant. Vanessa listed the Irvine, California home up for sale on Wednesday, and by Friday, the lavish Spanish-style home was already off the market. This came out to the tune of a whopping $2 million.

Jack Fleming of Yahoo News provides some details as to what the new owner can expect with his recent purchase:

Inside, three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms are spread across 2,300 square feet. Dramatic beams dominate a living room with a fireplace, and the adjacent kitchen draws the eye with splashes of Spanish tile and a large limestone island with a farmhouse sink.

Arched doorways navigate the single-story floor plan, and out back, French doors open to a secluded brick patio with a fireplace and in-ground spa. A pair of ivy-topped garages complete the cul-de-sac property.

Needless to say, it was a very attractive property. It must have had a tremendous location for it to have been sold off that fast. The fact that the home was formerly owned by the great Kobe Bryant certainly adds to its marketability. As a matter of fact, that was probably its biggest selling point.
According to reports Kobe and Vanessa purchased the home in 2013. It is worth noting that that was the same year Bryant suffered that career-altering Achilles injury. Whether the purchase of the home came before or after the injury is unclear.
