The King just secured the Los Angeles Lakers first win in Orlando. After converting a go-ahead basket in the Lakers' final offensive possession to give his team a two-point lead, LeBron James stepped up big time once again on the other side of the floor to lockdown both Kawhi Leonard and Paul George.

The Los Angeles Clippers' main gunners had a chance to tie the game or possibly even win it with a three, but clearly James wasn't going to let this one slip away.

Not on The King's watch.

LeBron James started on Leonard on an isolation play but when the Clippers forward picked up the basketball to try and spot up for a mid-range jumper, LBJ didn't give him an inch of space. Leonard was forced to pitch the basketball to a motioning George and James quickly switched to him to defend George on the final seconds of the game. James continued to close out George and forced the six-time all-star to a desperation three which he eventually missed.

James didn't show any signs of rust as it was business as usual for the Lakers' starting forward. The four-time league MVP played 36 minutes for the Lakers and had an all-around performance to jumpstart the Purple and Gold's quest for another NBA title. James had 16 points, 11 rebounds and four assists on 31.6% a shooting clip. James' teammate Anthony Davis led the way for the Lakers with 34 points while George dropped 30 points for the opposing Los Angeles squad.

The Lakers' next assignment in Orlando are the reigning NBA champions the Toronto Raptors on Sunday.
