The Los Angeles Lakers and Milwaukee Bucks will square off on Thursday in what will be a historic night. The two teams have played exceptionally well through the early stages of this season, with both sides holding 24-4 overall records. As a result, Thursday night's matchup marks the first game in NBA history to feature two teams with fewer than five losses at this point of any season.

The Lakers will be looking to rebound from Tuesday night's 105-102 setback against the Pacers. The loss ended Los Angeles' 14-game road winning streak — a mark that will go down as third-best in league history.

Like the Lakers, the Bucks will be coming into Thursday's night's game fresh off a loss — a 120-116 defeat at the hands of the Mavs on Monday. The loss ended an impressive 18-game winning streak for Milwaukee, so it's safe to say they too will be looking to get back on track.

Ahead of Thursday night's matchup, Bucks All-Star Giannis Antetokounmpo praised LeBron James' level of play in his 17th season, noting that the three-time champion might be “an alien.”

“It’s crazy. It’s insane. Obviously for me, that’s one of my goals to be able to play at a high level for the next 10 years,” Antetokounmpo said of James, via ESPN's Eric Woodyard.

Thursday night's Lakers-Bucks game is scheduled to tip inside the Fiserv Forum at 8:00 p.m. ET, with TNT having live broadcast coverage.
