The Los Angeles Lakers and the Memphis Grizzlies played a few weeks ago, and Desmond Bane and LeBron James went at it a few times. They had to be separated many times, and the officials warned them to stop trash-talking.

The remarks said by LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers to Memphis Grizzlies second-year star Desmond Bane were easily heard.

“That's your last time,” James says to Bane, loud enough to be heard clearly on the local television broadcast. “That's your last motherf—ing time. That's your last time disrespecting me.”

Grizzlies superstar Ja Morant also had this to say about Desmond Bane and LeBron James interaction,

“All of us on our team[Grizzlies] pretty much grew up watching [James] play,” Morant says later. “All of us are still fans of this guy. We know he's one of the greatest ever to touch a basketball, but inside those four lines, if you're buddy-buddy, you're lost. That's pretty much what went into it. Bron is a big-time competitor and Des is the same way.”

It will be fascinating to watch if anything happens between these two teams in the future. Memphis is playing like one of the top teams in the NBA, and they have a strong chance to make a deep postseason run. Los Angeles has struggled this season, but you never know what LeBron James and his teammates can accomplish when they're at their best. This would be a thrilling Western Conference showdown, but the Memphis Grizzlies have the upper hand right now.
