Marc Gasol's pocketbook just got a tad lighter.

The incident in question occurred after the Grizzlies beat the Timberwolves 95-92. He was answering a question from a sideline reporter regarding the team's rebounding effort and everybody getting involved on the floor.
He was nearing the end of his answer when he uttered the four simple words that prompted the fine (video below).

The Grizzlies have had a frustrating few weeks. Gasol was benched in a fourth quarter and wasn't happy about it, Mike Conley has been out with an injury, and head coach David Fizdale was recently fired.
Memphis has won some games since then, but are still nowhere near the team they thought they'd be at the beginning of the season. It's not surprising that after a team effort against the Timberwolves, Gasol was at a loss for words about his team finally getting it together enough for a solid win.
Still, it may have been better for Gasol not to utter a word of curse on live television, but he's human after all. If anything, it makes Gasol more interesting and probably more likable.
