There appears to be a black cat running around the Memphis Grizzlies right now. Not only does the team have the second-worst record in the Western Conference, but now the appliances in the locker room are malfunctioning.

There was a fire in the Grizzlies' sauna on Wednesday, the same day that point guard Mike Conley revealed to reporters owner Robert Pera told him the franchise is indeed listening to trade offers for him and center Marc Gasol.

The good thing is that no one was harmed during the fire, but this is pretty crazy.

Memphis is 19-28 on the year. They have lost six games in a row and are statistically the worst offensive team in the NBA. The Grizzlies are averaging just 100.6 points per game, 30th in the league.

The locker room fire is just the latest negative incident to occur for the Grizzlies. Garrett Temple and Omri Casspi got into a physical confrontation earlier in the year and the two players had to be separated by teammates.

It's just been one of those seasons in Memphis where nothing seems to go right. At this point, the organization might be better suited to trade Conley and Gasol so the two veterans don't have to suffer through this dysfunction anymore.
