The Toronto Raptors are having quite the Cinderella so far in these 2019 playoffs after advancing to their first NBA Finals in franchise history. Of course, this would not be possible without the ever-so-loving fan-base that has supported them throughout this special run. In the down time before Game 2, Raptors players prepared a special NBA Cares event for the kids in Toronto. Mid-season acquisition Marc Gasol certainly had fun interacting with the young ones.

Nothing like seeing a 34-year old man having the time of his life. With his body language on this clip and on the court, Gasol appears to be enjoying his time in Toronto.
Can you blame him? He's in his first NBA Finals in his 11th year in the league.

Though he's no longer the player he once was back when he was with the Memphis Grizzlies, he has still provided this team with a steadier presence at the center position. His role as a facilitator and a defensive anchor seems to be just the right one for him at this stage of his career.
Gasol had a magnificent NBA Finals debut in Game 1 against the defending champion Golden State Warriors. He scored his highest mark this postseason with 20 points on 6-of-10 shooting. He also seven rebounds and two three-pointers.
In 19 games so far in the 2019 playoffs, the Spanish 34-year old is averaging 9.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.1 steals, and 1.3 blocks, while shooting 42.7 percent from the field and 40.5 percent from beyond the arc.
