Memphis Grizzlies forward Vince Carter found himself some extra playing time in Tuesday night's 116-80 blowout loss against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The man once revered as ‘Half-Man, Half-Amazing' had five points on 2-of-7 shooting and reached the 24,000 career-points mark on a floater in the lane during the third quarter.

Vince Carter became the 24th player to reach the 24,000-point milestone and will need 50 games at his current 7.8 points-per-game pace to surpass Allen Iverson for 23rd on the all-time scoring list.
