Through Grit-and-Grind, Vince Carter found a home on the Memphis Grizzlies for the past three seasons — showing that just like the team motto, even players in their late 30s and at age 40 can have The Grindhouse roaring and fans on their feet.
Having signed with the Sacramento Kings last week on a one-year contract, one that can prove to be the last of his illustrious career in the league — the man known as Half-man, Half amazing showered the city of Memphis and the organization with love and praise upon his departure.

Carter averaged 8.0 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 1.8 assists during his last year with the Grizzlies — surprisingly the best of his three years with the Western Conference franchise. He'll take his talent and mentorship to a young Kings team trying to rebuild its culture from scratch.
