The Milwaukee Bucks have proven to be one of the up-and-coming teams in the NBA thanks to their bevy of young talent. However, the timetable regarding forward Jabari Parker after a second ACL injury remains somewhat of a mystery.

Parker's injury not only erased any hopes the Bucks had at a deep playoff run, but it raised questions as to whether he will be able to once again get back to his regular self. Parker was recently asked about the status of his recovery process to which he provided an encouraging reply, according to Matt Velazquez of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:

Parker's comments should come as music to the ears of Bucks fans everywhere. While there is still some work to do on the defensive end, Parker has proved to be a very capable scorer when healthy.

Milwaukee has been on the brink of taking that next step in the playoffs for a while now. The rise of Giannis Antetokounmpo forces the Bucks to provide him with a supporting capable of doing just that. Parker's performance once he returns will likely determine the course of action the Bucks decide to take.
