Tuesday's matchup between the Milwaukee Bucks and New Orleans Pelicans features an enticing battle at power forward, with 2019 top pick Zion Williamson facing reigning league MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Antetokounmpo, however, got the better of Williamson early in the game, as he gave the Duke standout a “welcome to the league moment” by swatting his layup attempt on the fast break (via Bleacher Report).

While Giannis Antetokounmpo was by no means an “undiscovered” player that turned into the four-time All-Star we know now — he was selected 15th overall by the Bucks in the 2013 draft — it took awhile for everybody to be accustomed to the Greek Freak's might on the hardwood.
Zion Williamson, on the other hand, started out as a little-known figure from South Carolina who turned into a social-media star for dunks, later leveraging that to a spot at Duke and becoming the Pelicans' first pick in the 2019 draft.
It will be a pleasure to watch Antetokounmpo and Williamson battle for years to come. Here's to hoping that Zion will be able to get his revenge at Giannis for that nasty block.
