Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic and Detroit Pistons forward Tobias Harris have been named NBA Western and Eastern Conference Players of the Week for their solid performances, and leading their respective teams to perfect records from November 6-12.

Jokic has started this season very well and last week averaged impressive numbers of 22.7 points, 13.3 rebounds, 5.7 assists and 2.3 steals. He has been a big reason why the Nuggets are surprisingly in third place in the West with an 8-5 record. Harris, on the other hand, led the Pistons to a 3-0 record last week with averages of 21.3 points and 7.7 rebounds, making it possible for them to currently have a 10-3 win-loss slate, good for second place in their conference.

Both players may not be from teams projected by many to be on the top half of their conferences, but with their production so far, it could be possible that the Nuggets and Pistons will finish the regular season as a top seed. They could also be in line for possible All-Star nods if they continue to play at this level as the campaign progresses.

For now, it remains to be seen if they can sustain these numbers, but with the improvements they've shown so far, it won't come as a complete shock if they'll win the same honor a few more times this year.
