New Orleans Pelicans forward Anthony Davis has been listed as questionable for their upcoming matchup against the Sacramento Kings on Friday night, per Yahoo! Sports.

Davis, who is averaging 25.2 points and 11.0 rebounds per game this season, has missed the Pelicans’ last three games due to a groin injury. However, the Pelicans went 2-1 in those three games while scoring an average of 120.3 points without Davis, in large part because of the strong play of DeMarcus Cousins and Jrue Holiday.

Cousins had 38 points in their win over the Portland Trail Blazers and went off for 40 points and 22 rebounds to lead the team past the Denver Nuggets. Meanwhile, Holiday has averaged 26 points on 56 percent shooting with six assists in those three games without Davis.

The Pelicans were similarly without Anthony Davis in their lineup during their first meeting against the Kings this season due to quad tendonitis. However, DeMarcus Cousins carried the team to a 114-106 win as he scored 41 points with 23 rebounds in his first game back at Sacramento since he was traded last season. Holiday chipped in with 20 points and seven assists.

If Davis does miss out once again, Dante Cunningham will continue to start at power forward for the Pelicans.
