However, a terrible start to the year, along with some off-court issues, has derailed the team's progress.

After a surprising win over the struggling Miami Heat, Tom Thibodeau got brutally honest on what he thinks is the issue with how the media has covered the Knicks so far. Thibodeau believes that the way the media has portrayed the team has been divisive and detrimental to the team. (via NY Daily News)

The Knicks coach doubled down on it further, emphasizing that blaming one person for the team's downfall is messed up.

There are many reasons why the Knicks have been struggling recently. Many have singled out Randle as the root of all the problems. However, Thibodeau points out that nitpicking that player is not helpful.

After this disastrous season, it's interesting to see how they'll bounce back next season. Hopefully, they can put this season behind them and build upon the few good things that happened this year.
