The New York Knicks will face an uphill battle, as they'll play the rest of Friday night's game without their star Carmelo Anthony.

The 6-foot-8 forward argued his second personal foul with referee Tony Brothers, receiving a technical foul. Anthony was insistent in wanting to get a reason for the foul and Brothers did not hesitate to give him a second tech and eject him from the game.

The Knicks have plenty of problems to deal with — an offensive system that is out of sorts, a defense that is nonexistent and now an All-Star that won't play for the 28 minutes remaining in the game.

Needless to say, this test does not look good for New York, attempting to jump to 4-4 with a win in the TD Garden.
