Markelle Fultz faces a complicated hurdle to begin his professional career, rehabbing right shoulder soreness that has plagued him through the start of his rookie season.
Now the Philadelphia 76ers top overall pick has ramped up activity, this time taking all his shots with his left hand, according to Kyle Neubeck of The Philly Voice, still unable to get back to get back to his original mechanics.
Fultz is doing everything with his left — from taking runners and scoops, to three-pointers left-handed.

This only goes from bad to worse, as Sixers fans already had experienced the Shaq-like start to his season from the stripe, hitting only 6-of-12 from the free-throw line with his altered form.
Fultz is now struggling to tick iron with his left hand, adding yet another layer of difficulty as if the college-to-pro transition wasn't difficult enough as it is.
Head coach Brett Brown assured there's nothing to read into despite seeing him tee up shots with his off-hand, though every shot that has been taken outside the paint, has been with his non-dominant hand — which begs to differ.
Fultz hasn't been cleared for shooting with his right hand yet, doing only the very minimal activity with it for the time being.
Take from it what you will, but while some are encouraged to see Fultz back on the court, some others are scratching their heads for what it's worth, given that their prized point guard is unable to use one half of his body.
