Butler finished the game with 34 points and 12 rebounds. Teammate Joel Embiid also put up great numbers with 32 points and 14 rebounds. Ben Simmons chipped in 13 points and nine assists. The win puts the 76ers record at 14-8.
For the Nets, D'Angelo Russell put up 38 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists. Spencer Dinwiddie chipped in 31 points, and Jarrett Allen had a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds. The loss extends the Nets' losing streak to three. They now have an 8-13 record.
