Damian Lillard woke up feeling dangerous on Saturday–and no, we're not being sarcastic unlike those NBA Twitter trolls. The Portland Trail Blazers superstar didn't take long to channel his Logo Lillard persona, as he opened their game against the Washington Wizards with a 3-pointer from halfcourt.

Damian Lillard has been doing it for the last couple of years now, yet it's still mind-boggling whenever he just swishes those long-range bombs with ease. For most players not named Damian Lillard (and Stephen Curry), it is a bad shot. Dame, however, has certainly mastered the craft of the way-downtown triples.
Article Continues BelowLillard has been on a tear lately for the Blazers, and his confidence just seems to be sky-high with the way he just started the game against the Wizards. Maybe the 30-year-old is feeling some extra motivation heading into Saturday, especially after the NBA revealed on Thursday the starters for the Western Conference All-Star squad.
Despite putting together an MVP-caliber season so far for the Blazers, Lillard wasn't named to the starting roster–with the honor going to Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry and Dallas Mavericks sensation Luka Doncic.
Doncic and Lillard wound up tied on the voting ballot. While Lillard got the no.2 spot from the players and the media, the Slovenian star edged the Blazers leader in the fan-voting. The fan-voting, which accounts for 50-percent of the ballot, served as the tie-breaker.
Perhaps this is Dame's message to all the fans who did not vote for him.
