On a night when they did not have the services of star forward Paul George, the Oklahoma City Thunder fought back valiantly from a big early deficit against the Milwaukee Bucks. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough as star forward Carmelo Anthony and the Thunder fell 97-95 to the Bucks in controversial fashion.

After superstar point guard Russell Westbrook drained a game-tying three-pointer with just 4.7 seconds left in regulation, head coach Jason Kidd and the Bucks immediately called a timeout to advance the ball to the other end of the floor. When the ball was inbounded to Bucks superstar forward Giannis Antetokounmpo dunked on Westbrook with less than a second left.

However, replay went on to show that Giannis actually stepped out of bounds while he had possession of the ball as he attacked the basket. The Thunder bench and fans screamed for a play review, but official Derrick Stafford said that the play was unreviewable.

After the game was over, Anthony was clearly not too happy with how things went down. Reporter Fred Katz of the Norman Transcript also posted a video of Anthony's reaction on his Twitter account.

“I guess we'll see something on the ticker that says the referees missed that one,” Anthony said. “We can't do nothing about that at this point so we might as well forget about it, move on and get ready for Dallas.”

It was quite a gut-wrenching way for the Thunder to lose the game and their six-game winning streak. Oklahoma City trailed Milwaukee 33-11 in the first quarter and valiantly fought their way back in the second half.
