Just like that, the Eastern Conference's top-seeded Toronto Raptors are down 2-0 in their series with the Cleveland Cavaliers after they squandered two straight halftime leads at home. Following the Raptors' 113-112 overtime loss in Game 1, they got completely outplayed in the second half of Thursday night's Game 2 with a 128-110 rout at the hands of Cavs superstar forward LeBron James.

During Raptors star shooting guard DeMar DeRozan's postgame press conference with members of the media and fellow All-Star point guard Kyle Lowry at his side, he said that there is still plenty of series left for the Raptors to muster a comeback.

“We thrive off of adversity. Every single guy on this team thrives off of adversity,” DeRozan said during his postgame press conference. “We've been in tough situations before. Sometimes when you're put in a tough situation, that's what brings the best out of you. That's what point we're at now. It's the first team to win four. We understand where we're at and we're going to fight.”

Although DeRozan and Lowry finished the game with 24 and 21 points, respectively, they simply could not keep up with the spectacular performance that James put together in front of the Air Canada Centre crowd. In 41 minutes of action, the 33-year-old James exploded for a game-high 43 points on a jaw-dropping 19-of-28 shooting from the field, 14 assists, and eight rebounds in the victory.

The Raptors will look to right the ship on Saturday night when they travel to Quicken Loans Arena to take on the Cavs in a pivotal Game 3.
