One of the last things the Washington Wizards would like to see during these tough days for the team is one of their members going after a fan. This is where we tell you that that was exactly what happened Monday night near the end of the Wizards' loss to the Miami Heat at home, as Wizards assistant coach Mike Batiste was seen going over into the stands to confront a spectator.

This is not a good look for the Wizards, but for Batiste to lose his cool, there's got to be at least some sort of rough language hurled at him by the fan. Washington head coach Wes Unseld Jr. briefly spoke about what happened after the 121-100 blowout loss to the Heat

Via TMZ Sports:

“Obviously, we have to take the high road and just can't indulge in that,” Unseld Jr. said. “But, I think it was a situation where something was said that was a bit over the line and I think it got the best of one of our coaches. But, either way, you have to take the high road.”

Batiste, who played in the NBA with the Memphis Grizzlies and overseas, currently serves as the Wizards' Manager of Player Development.
