Washington Wizards guard Russell Westbrook is a generational talent. After all, the do-it-all guard has basically done everything he can in his first year in DC. He has been on an incredible run over these past few weeks.
For what it's worth, Brodie recorded another triple-double on Monday against the San Antonio Spurs, which is his 12th in the month of April. The former MVP now has a whopping total of 29 triple-doubles this season–which obviously leads the league and it's not even close.
After the Wizards' 146-143 OT loss against the Spurs, Russ–as always–kept it real and basically pulled off the most epic mic drop comment in his colorful career.
“I honestly believe that there is no player like myself,” Russell Westbrook mentioned, via Bleacher Report. “And if people want to take it for granted, sorry for them. I'm pretty sure if everybody could do it, they'll do it.”

Tell them, Russ.
Everyone had doubts whether Westbrook could still ball, and boy were they wrong. The 32-year-old has been one of the most impressive athletes in the league for the past few years, and he's definitely not slowing down. For the fourth time in his career, he's now averaging a triple-double and currently leads the league in assists.
With 11 games left in the regular season and the Wizards in a prime spot for a shot at the play-in tournament, the nine-time All-Star only needs seven triple-doubles to do the unthinkable and overtake the great Oscar Robertson for most triple-doubles in NBA history.
Don't take this man for granted.
