The Washington Wizards are trailing the Philadelphia 76ers, 3-0, in their playoff series. Unfortunately, their chances of getting swept got higher with the latest news on Russell Westbrook.

According to Ava Wallace of Washington Post, Westbrook and Ish Smith have been tagged as questionable for Game 4 on Monday. Russ is dealing with an apparent right ankle injury that has been bothering him for a while now, while Smith is suffering from a left groin strain.

For what it's worth, Russell Westbrook was labeled as a game-time decision during Saturday's Game 3 against the Sixers due to the same issue. Of course, he still ended up playing and even registered a team-high 26 points on 9-of-18 shooting.

While that is good news, it's still a worrying sign that the Wizards guard is not yet at 100 percent. Against a Sixers team headed by an MVP finalist in Joel Embiid, Washington needs to be at their best to even think about stealing a win.

It doesn't help they are already down 3-0 and are just one loss away from packing their bags early. The pressure is on them to deliver, and Westbrook's injury doesn't bode well with that.

Sure enough, the explosive guard and 2017 MVP is expected to battle through the pain and try to will his team to a much-needed victory. However, his impact could be extremely limited if his bothersome ankle continues to be an issue.
