New Washington Wizards guard Spencer Dinwiddie won't easily fall to questions that will get him in trouble. He proved just that on Monday when one appeared to lead him to admit to such violation.
Amusingly enough, he also poked fun at the Los Angeles Lakers, Toronto Raptors and Miami Heat in the process.
During his media availability, Dinwiddie was asked what kind of communication he has had with Bradley Beal prior to free agency and since it started, especially since they are set to pair up at the Wizards backcourt. The 28-year-old found the question weird as he said that talking to Beal before free agency would be tampering–which he strongly declined to have happened.
Dinwiddie then went on to jokingly mock the Lakers, Raptors and Heat.

The Lakers have been fined for tampering before, while the Heat and Raptors are currently the subject of an NBA investigation for potential tampering on the sign-and-trade deal for Kyle Lowry.
As for the Wizards, while Spencer Dinwiddie's deal is also a sign-and-trade, it actually took time before the transaction is agreed upon and completed. With that said, nothing seems suspicious about his acquisition.
Dinwiddie signed a three-year, $62 million contract with the Wizards. He joins a Washington roster composed of Beal, Kyle Kuzma, Rui Hachimura, Montrezl Harrell and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope to name a few.
