DaRon Holmes, a four-star prospect out of the 2021 college basketball recruiting class, has been offered a scholarship by the Virginia Cavaliers.

Discussing how the youngster is viewed by reputable recruiting outlets is a bit tricky, as the 2021 college basketball recruiting class is still a bit away, leading to some big gaps in differing opinions.

That being said, not only do all reputable recruiting services outlets have DaRon Holmes pegged as a four-star caliber player, but he's definitely inside most top 100 boards. However, the boards is where things begin to get tricky.

Some places have him inserted as a top 40 talent while others have him around 100. Again, disparity as this point in the game isn't all that unusual.

Plus, you know, it doesn't really matter. If a program such as the Virginia Cavaliers happen to be smitten, that's good enough in our book.
