For a brief moment, there was collective silence in the Milwaukee Bucks' Fiserv Forum. Kevin Durant just hoisted up a three-pointer for the Brooklyn Nets to send the game to overtime. As a fan who's seen KD drain bucket after bucket in these scenarios, you'd just expect it to go in. But this one was just a bit off.

Relive the final seconds of Nets-Bucks Game 3 here:

Had this shot gone in, the Nets would have been able to force overtime and potentially steal a win on the Bucks' home floor.

Durant finished with 30 points and 11 rebounds, but it took him 28 shots to get there. He did come up clutch for Brooklyn on multiple attempts down the stretch in the lead up to their final opportunity at the buzzer.

Even Giannis Antetokounmpo admitted that he thought it was going in. The Bucks star spoke out about the play and revealed he held his breath just like the rest of us.

But the Bucks must be cognizant of the fact that Game 4 could present a similar scenario. While Milwaukee escaped the Nets in this one, their late-game performance left a lot to be desired. But nevertheless, the Bucks star alive. Game 4 is on Sunday.
