The San Francisco 49ers are reportedly open to trading away the No. 13 overall pick of the 2020 NFL Draft. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, multiple teams have inquired the 49ers about a possible trade.

This offseason, the 49ers shocked the world by trading defensive lineman DeForest Buckner to the Indianapolis Colts for the No. 13 overall pick. After losing Emmanual Sanders in free agency, several NFL Draft analysts believe the 49ers will be selecting a receiver with the No. 13  pick.

However, they're sitting behind the New York Jets and the Las Vegas Raiders in the draft, and both teams are targeting a receiver. So it's possible the player they were planning to select won't be there with the No. 13 pick. Nevertheless, this year's draft is arguably one of the best wide receiver drafts in recent memory.

This past week, Schefter also reported that the Denver Broncos, Atlanta Falcons and Philadelphia Eagles are all interested in trading for the No. 13 overall pick. All three teams are in desperate search of adding an elite receiver to their roster.

The 49ers also own the No. 31 overall pick, so it's also possible they could be trading that pick and the No. 13 overall pick to move down in the draft.

49ers general manager John Lynch also confirmed Schefter's report on Monday morning.

“I'm comfortable saying that there's scenarios where we are going to be open at both of those picks to moving back,” Lynch said.

Nevertheless, with the NFL Draft approaching, it'll be interesting to see what the 49ers decide to do.
