Hall of Fame cornerback Deion Sanders took to Instagram to proclaim his excitement about a potential Antonio Brown comeback.

Sanders worked out with Brown over the weekend, saying “I know what I know and I pray u all get to see what I know about the true ANTONIO BROWN.”

Brown has had a number of workouts with current and former players over the last few months, including Lamar Jackson and Marquise “Hollywood” Brown. He remains unsigned and has not played in the NFL since being released by the New England Patriots in September.

The 31-year-old was one of the best receivers of the 2010s. Brown was named first-team All-Pro in four consecutive years between 2014 and 2017. He also made the Pro Bowl in seven of eight years between 2011 and 2018.

But Brown began to experience some problems in his final year in Pittsburgh. He frequently lashed out at the organization and, in particular, Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.

The Steelers eventually traded Antonio Brown to the Raiders, but he never played a single game with Oakland for a number of reasons.

Brown was also accused of sexual assault on multiple occasions, including one lawsuit on behalf of his ex-trainer.

But Brown seems to be making a concerted effort to turning his life around. He said back in February he was seeing a therapist and working on his personal mental health.

Time will tell whether Brown gets another shot in the NFL.

Brown is undoubtedly one of the most talented wideouts in the game, and Sanders seems to be endorsing the changes AB has made. But it comes down to any given organization placing their trust in the embattled receiver to keep the focus on the field.
