Many have questioned whether or not University of Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray can be a successful NFL quarterback, but Hall-of-Fame signal-caller Warren Moon thinks Murray will be just fine.

“The game has changed and it's right up his alley,” Moon, who spent the bulk of his NFL career with the Houston Oilers, told TMZ Sports. “They're doing the things that he did in college, and because they're doing those things, he'll just transition right into the NFL game.”

As far as Murray being too small at 5-foot-10 and around 190 pounds? Moon doesn't think it will be an issue:

“He makes it happen,” said Moon. “So, that's all that really matters.”

One thing is for sure: Murray is certainly a dynamic athlete, so dynamic that he was also a first-round pick of the Oakland Athletics in addition to being the 2018 Heisman Trophy winner.

However, Murray seems to be leaning toward football, meaning he could very well be one of the top players taken in the NFL Draft this spring.

During his junior campaign at Oklahoma, Murray threw for 4,361 yards, 42 touchdowns, and seven interceptions while completing 69 percent of his passes and registering a passer rating of 199.2. In addition, Murray carried the ball 140 times for 1,001 yards and 12 scores, registering 7.2 yards per attempt.

In a draft that features traditional pocket quarterbacks like Ohio State's Dwayne Haskins and Duke's Daniel Jones, Murray is certainly an interesting prospect.

Murray actually began his collegiate career at Texas A&M before transferring to Oklahoma following his freshman year in 2015.
