The shambolic workout the NFL organized for Colin Kaepernick is still taking the entire football landscape by storm. The way Colin Kaepernick denied the private audition set by the league to present his abilities in front of eight scouts and a crowd of supporters has definitely hurt his chances to return to the NFL.
One of the people who agrees on this is analyst Stephen A. Smith. The popular sporting icon took to his Twitter profile and posted a three-minute video that had him drag the former San Fransisco 49er pass-caller's name through the mud.

The First Take host talked about how 25 clubs showed up to the Atlanta Falcons practice facility to see what Kaepernick's got to offer NFL teams. He claimed that the league offered the best environment for him to showcase his passing ability to the rest of the league.
He then lambasted Kap for changing the venue a mere three hours before the scheduled tryouts. He criticized the quarterback's hesitance to play due to a waiver and the lack of media availability on the tryout.
“He [doesn't] want to play,” Smith said. “He wants to be a martyr. But guess what? It ain't working this time.”
There are people who agree with his takes. There are comments in his posts who agree, calling the controversial QB a prima donna. Dallas Cowboys fans said they'll be boycotting the team if they do sign Kaepernick to a contract.
However, many of the replies to his video were of fans and fellow journalists lambasting him for his view on the situation.
Kap's fate in the NFL is still up in the air, but it seems like Smith will be the man who will get the last laugh.
