Arizona Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury had a hilarious interpretation of the Los Angeles Rams' transformation of a Malibu beach home into their draft war room.

Kingsbury chided the Rams are making the move from their Inglewood facility to Malibu so head coach Sean McVay can flaunt his physique, just as he did on HBO's Hard Knocks:

“I really think it’s just a ploy by McVay to allow himself the opportunity to take his shirt off again and jump in the pool like he did on Hard Knocks, sip some rose, take a dip in the ocean and make some draft picks,” Kingsbury said, via Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.

But the trolling didn't stop there.

Another one of L.A.'s NFC West rivals, the Seattle Seahawks, responded to Kingsbury's quote with a picture of Pete Carroll and star wide receiver D.K. Metcalf, both of whom are shirtless. The accompanying caption reads “We don't need a pool to do that…”

Truly terrific stuff from the NFC West. All teams earn high marks in this case.

The Rams' new draft house is certainly one of splendor. It is a 9,000-square-foot home that comes fully equipped with an infinity pool.

Kingsbury could probably care less about the new digs. He surely wants to squash McVay and the Rams this season.

The Cardinals have had an eventful offseason, signing J.J. Watt in a move that shook the league while also inking veteran receiver A.J. Green and signing cornerback Malcolm Butler to replace Patrick Peterson.

Arizona has the 16th pick in the draft and could be after a top corner. The Rams–barring a trade–will not be on the clock until the 57th pick, meaning McVay might indeed have some time to take a dip in the pool and drink some wine.
