Cardinals fans who are also Phoenix Suns fans are likely feeling extra sad when they saw Mikal Bridges, the Suns' starting small forward, rip Arizona after the embarrassing loss.

Jared Goff tossed three touchdowns, completed 21 of 26 passes and threw for 216 yards. Craig Reynolds rushed for a game-high 112 yards and Amon-Ra St. Brown caught eight passes, including a touchdown, and recorded 90 receiving yards.

Kyler Murray was pedestrian today, throwing for 257 yards, one touchdown and one interception. The Arizona defense became only the second unit to allow Detroit to score 30 points this season.

This loss is truly embarrassing for the Cardinals. After falling to the Los Angeles Rams last week, they have suffered their first losing streak of the season as other teams grow closer to taking the NFC's top seed from them. Without DeAndre Hopkins, who will be sidelined for weeks after knee surgery, the Cardinals will have to step up and finish strong.

Arizona fans who want to erase the Cardinals' dud can take solace in the Suns' success. Phoenix has taken the Western Conference's top seed away from the Golden State Warriors and is fortunate enough to have no players in the NBA's health and safety protocols. The Suns face the Charlotte Hornets tonight.
