Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator Greg Roman is expected to get a lot of interest from teams looking for a head coach, but that isn't something he is worried about. Roman has put together the top offensive unit in the NFL and there is a very good chance he is going to be in charge of a different team next season.
With the Ravens having a first-round bye, he can interview for open positions during Wild Card week. Even with all talk surrounding his name, Roman is staying focused on what he is doing with the Ravens.

I think the most important thing is, do a great job at the job you’re doing. All that stuff will come to pass as it does. It’s in other people’s control. I’ve got every minute of every day filled up.”
Ravens defensive coordinator Wink Martindale was asked about coaching rumors surruonding his name. Martindale said he loves the city of Baltimore and it would take a special opportunity to make him consider leaving.
“We love this city,” Martindale said. “It would have to be a dream-type job, where you know you could build the winning culture that we have here. That’s huge in making a decision like that, going from coordinator to head coach.”
It's good to hear that everyone including the coaches are focused on the task at hand and not outside distractions.
