Chicago Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky will have all eyes on him on Thursday when he goes to battle against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving. On paper, this looks like a nice matchup for him, but so was his last game against the New York Giants, and he still had some struggles.

Will he finally get his season back on the right track, or will he struggle again? Let's breakdown three bold predictions for Trubisky's performance on turkey day.

3. Trubisky throws a couple of interceptions

The Giants defense is not good, but that didn't stop Trubisky from throwing the ball to them a couple of times. It seems once or twice a game Trubisky, no matter how well he is playing, will make a decision that makes you scratch your head.

The Lions haven't been great at creating turnovers and only have four interceptions coming into this game, but that won't matter for Trubisky.

He will continue to make questionable decisions, and he is going to throw at least two passes in this game to the Lions.

2. Trubisky throws for less than 220 yards

Trubisky threw for 278 yards in his last game against the Giants, but he won't be reaching that number in this game. The Lions pass defense hasn't been good this year, but they held Dwayne Haskins to only 156 yards, zero touchdowns, and an interception.

Overall the Redskins offense couldn't move the ball much, and there is no reason to think Trubisky is going to have a lot of success moving the ball in this game.

In the previous three games, Trubisky threw for 190 yards or less. He might get higher than 190 but not by much. He is going to finish with under 220 yards passing.

1. The Bears win

This might not have a lot to do with Trubisky and more with how bad the Lions are, but somehow someway the Bears are going to find a way to come away with a win.

For the Bears, it's not going to take many big plays to win the game, and Trubisky should be able to make one or two good throws to get the job done.

This feels like a game where Trubisky doesn't throw a touchdown pass, much like Haskins did in the last match, but they will still find a way.

Even though the Bears win, this isn't going to help Trubisky's case that he should be the long term starter in Chicago.
