With training camp getting underway the Cincinnati Bengals have a big problem: They are still looking for offensive line help. The Bengals are hoping that once teams starting making cuts, some good offensive linemen will be let go who they can sign to help their team.

The Bengals lost first-round left tackle Jonah Williams to a torn labrum that will keep him sidelined for the entire season. Veteran guard Chris Boling has also retired so that is another gap that is going to need to be filled in.

Bengals director of player personnel Duke Tobin knows that the team can't be done adding players on the line and they are still looking.

“We’ll have to find some. Some of the guys have to be able to play multiple positions,” Tobin said, via the team’s website. “While they’re having to compete outside, they’ll also have to compete inside. We’re going to have to look and see. As we go through the cut-down process and look at the teams and have discussions, we’ll see what if anything we can add to the group and if we add nothing, somebody in that group has to bubble up.”

The Bengals are hoping to have a better year than last year, and not adding anyone on the offensive line could hurt their chances at achieving that goal. Don't expect these changes to come right away, though. There is a chance that the players added could be brought in right before the regular season starts early in September.
