Miami Dolphins first-year quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor round out the top selections for the award. But there wasn't enough skepticism to prevent the Dolphins in drafting their next franchise QB.
Meanwhile, Wisconsin's Taylor racked up over 2,000 rushing yards in back-to-back seasons with the Badgers. He should bring a powerful punch in the running game for the Colts following his second-round selection last week.
