Baker Mayfield has taken over as the starting quarterback for the Cleveland Browns. In addition that role, he has also taken over as the “King” of Cleveland sports with LeBron James no longer in town.

Not only has Mayfield taken over as the Browns' starting quarterback, he has also led the team to two wins. That's right, the Browns are 2-2-1 on the season. Last season, the Browns failed to win a single game.

While his tenure as the Browns' starter has been successful so far, there is one thing that Mayfield wants to change. He does not want the team to continue going to overtime as much as they have so far this year. Three of the Browns' first five games have gone to overtime.

Mayfield opened up about that desire in an interview shared by the NFL official Twitter account.

Throughout the first three games of his career with the Browns, Mayfield has completed 58.9 percent of his pass attempts for 838 yards, three touchdowns, and three interceptions. He has also run for 31 yards and caught a two-point conversion. Mayfield has started the last two games for the Browns.

Tyrod Taylor was the original starting quarterback for the Browns, but his time as the starter was numbered from the beginning. Cleveland drafted Mayfield with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft and he was going to get the nod at some point this season.

At 23 years old, there are a lot of heavy expectations on Mayfield's shoulders. Despite the pressure,  Baker Mayfield is performing well and bringing some swagger with him.

Expect to see the Browns continue to play good football with Mayfield leading the way. They may not make the playoffs this season, but they have their franchise quarterback and are headed in that direction.
