Myles Garrett Cleveland Browns had another tough pill to swallow Monday night, as they lost a heartbreaker to the Las Vegas Raiders at home, 16-14. It was an especially bitter loss for the Browns, considering that a win would have put them on top of the NFC North division standings instead of them sliding all the way down to the bottom of the group.

Nevertheless, the Browns put up a gallant stand against the Raiders despite not having a number of key starters due to COVID-19 reasons. Garrett was not among those who did not show up on the field, and he even finished the contest even though he suffered a groin injury in the second half.

There was no way Garrett was not going to be with his teammates until the end of the contest despite the injury, as one could tell from his brutally frank comment following the game, per Chris Sweeney of Browns Zone.

“It was tough,” Garrett said. “It hurt, but everybody’s hurting. I’m don’t want to say I’m special.

“Everybody’s fighting through something and you’re going to have to kill me to take me off that field or you’re going to have to break my leg, you’re going to have to take me completely out, because I’m going to go out there until I can.”

Weaker men would have exited the game with no intentions to return after sustaining a groin injury, but guess Garrett is made up of something else.

The Browns will certainly need him on Christmas Day when Cleveland takes on Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field.
