Washington Football Team linebacker Jon Bostic has been fined $12,000 for his hit on Dallas Cowboys quarterback Andy Dalton, per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
However, Bostic hasn't been suspended and will be able to play in Week 9 against the New York Giants.

Andy Dalton suffered a concussion after getting hit by Jon Bostic. The Cowboys veteran won't play in Week 8 against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Many people around the league are kind of surprised that Bostic didn't get suspended by the NFL. It's safe to say if he had hit Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers that Bostic probably would have been suspended.
The Washington Football Team will likely miss the playoffs this season in Ron Rivera's first year at the helm. The franchise hasn't made the postseason since 2015. They have a long ways to go before they can call themselves a playoff team.
Bostic, who began his career with the Chicago Bears, has also played for the New England Patriots, Indianapolis Colts and Pittsburgh Steelers. He has racked up 293 solo tackles in the NFL in 93 games. Bostic also has 8.5 sacks.
