Earlier this week, Ndamukong Suh said on Instagram that Jared Goff is the best quarterback he has ever played with. Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford, who played alongside Suh, isn't too concerned about his comments and doesn't take any offense to them.
Suh posted a picture on Instagram which depicted him staring at Goff with the caption, ” If only you weren’t my QB” 🤣😂 Nah can’t do that to the best QB I’ve ever had @jaredgoff 🐏🏈💪🏾.”

Stafford was asked about the post by Boomer Esiason on WXYT-FM (97.1), and he said he respects his opinion, but he isn't in this locker room anymore, so it's not a concern to him.
Article Continues Below“I respect his opinion,” Stafford said of Esiason. “Whatever he wants to say, he can say. He’s not in our locker room, not with our guys, not with me ever. So I don’t put too much credit into that. I just go about my day.
“Listen, guys. There’s people that are going to say good things, they’re going to say bad things about us every day. If I spent all my time worrying about what he said or Suh posted or (things like) that, I’d be doing a disservice to the guys in the locker room, and I’m trying to get all those and myself as ready to play as I possibly can. And worry about all that other stuff doesn’t help me do that, so I don’t do it.
Stafford's stats have looked good during his time with the Lions, but they haven't turned into a lot of team success. Stafford has a losing regular season record, and he is still looking for his first win in the playoffs.
Not all those struggles can be played on him, but when you are the quarterback and face of the franchise at some point, all the blame has to go back on you.
