No matter what you think of him, it's hard to knock the toughness of Aaron Rodgers. If he's able to get on the field, the quarterback always seems to play.
This is scary though. Rodgers is one of the best quarterbacks of all-time. He's the reason the Green Bay Packers are always considered a contender at the start of every year. A concussion that serious could have lasting effects.
The good news is that the Packers acted appropriately. They took Rodgers out of the game, not risking further injury.

He threw for almost 4,500 yards and had 25 touchdown passes compared to just two interceptions. That's just how good he is, further proving just how devastating of an injury this could've been.

On the positive side of the injury, is the fact that the concussion happened in week 17. With the Packers out of the playoffs, this was the official end to the season. That means you don't have to worry about them having rushed Rodgers back onto the field. With all this time to recover, that concussion will 100% be a thing of the past.
Now it's time to see how Aaron Rodgers and company respond in 2019.
