The Green Bay Packers went toe to toe with the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday night. But most especially Aaron Rodgers, who was suffering a toe injury. But even the discomfort didn't stop the star quarterback in leading the Packers to a 36-28 win.
Rodgers went 28-of-45 for 307 yards and two touchdowns, helping the Packers improve to 9-3 while dealing the Rams their third straight defeat.
Packers wide receiver Davante Adams was extra playful after their victory and sent a jersey to his Rams counterpart Odell Beckham Jr. Of course, Adams couldn't help but sneak in a little joke (via Tom Silverstein of Milwaukee Journal Sentinel).
Davante Adams said he sent a jersey to #Rams WR Odell Beckham Jr. in the locker room and joked that he asked "him not to punch a hole (in the wall) this time."

Adams was referencing an incident in 2017, when Beckham, who was then with the New York Giants, punched a hole in a wall out of sheer frustration after their loss to the Packers.
Adams sure knows his history.
OBJ, however, should be feeling a little better as he tallied five catches for 81 yards, including a 54-yard touchdown in his second game with the Rams. He had a forgettable debut for the team after getting released by the Cleveland Browns.
The Packers escaped the Rams despite wide receiver Randall Cobb sitting out the second half due to a groin injury. If he misses extended time, Adams will have to carry a heavier load.
Luckily for the Packers, they have a bye week before hosting the Chicago Bears on December 12.
