Jimmy Graham had a rather underwhelming first season with the Green Bay Packers in 2018, finishing with 55 catches for 636 yards and a couple of touchdowns.

Those are excellent numbers for most other tight ends, but for Graham, it's not what one would expect.

That's why Maurice Moton of Bleacher Report has listed Graham among the players with the most on the line going into 2019, citing that the Packers could end up cutting their losses with him next offseason:

“Next offseason, Green Bay can release Graham and save $8 million, per Over the Cap,” wrote Moton. “He's headed into his age-33 campaign and there's a possibility the front office drafts a player at the position in April. With quarterback Aaron Rodgers at the helm, the ninth-year veteran must provide more on offense to avoid a potential early-contract termination.”

However, Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst is reasonably satisfied with the job Graham has done thus far:

“Obviously, Jimmy, he’s a Hall of Fame-type talent,” Gutekunst said last month, according to Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official team website. “He probably didn’t have the year he was quite expecting last year, but he still was a pretty productive player for us. … I thought he was really good for our locker room and I expect big things from him this year.”

Graham has made five Pro Bowls during his nine-year NFL career, with the bulk of his production coming with the New Orleans Saints between 2010 and 2014.

Back in 2013, he led the league with 16 receiving touchdowns en route to a Pro Bowl appearance and a First-Team All-Pro selection.
