Could the Oakland Raiders use the No. 4 pick on a quarterback? It's a question that has been asked since the draft process started. However, the thought may be starting to pick up some steam.
NFL Network inside Ian Rapoport reported Thursday morning that Oakland has recently moved Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins up its draft board, and he could be in play at No. 4 overall.
As the #Raiders ponder where to go with their fourth overall pick, worth noting: Oakland brass moved QB Dwayne Haskins up their board late this week, source said. He impressed them in his workout, and could be a consideration at No. 4 🤔🤔.

The Raiders have consistently stood behind Derek Carr as the team's quarterback this year, but general manager Mike Mayock did note at his pre-draft press conference that, like “any other position,” Oakland would do its homework on the draft's signal callers.
“If we found somebody we liked better, or thought had a bigger upside, you've got to do the right thing for the organization,” he said at the time.
Of course, the Raiders sent all their scouts home last week because they couldn't trust them, so draft information would not leak. Could it be all smoke to get another team to leap higher than No. 4 for a QB, thereby pushing another talented defender down to Oakland? Perhaps. Maybe even likely.
The Washington Redskins are reportedly interested in Haskins. Is there a connection? Information was not supposed to make its way out of Oakland, but could Jon Gruden's brother be trying to foil his plans? Might it just be posturing?
Either way, we will (finally) find out in less than 12 ours.
