Las Vegas Raiders rookie Nate Hobbs was arrested for a DUI in Las Vegas early Monday morning. This is not great news for the Raiders after the Henry Ruggs incident as they want to stay out of the news as much as possible.
According to Vincent Bonsignore of Vegas Nation,
“The Raiders are aware of the incident involving Nate Hobbs. The organization has been in communication with local law enforcement and is in the process of gathering more information. The Raiders have no further comment at this time. Rich Bisaccia said the team is still gathering information on Hobbs’ arrest. He said he just found out.”

Doing something like this after one of your teammates killed somebody in a drunk driving accident is completely inexcusable. There is no reason for him to be on the Raiders any longer after what his teammates have already had to go through with one of his other former teammates' incidents. It is a senseless act and there is no place in the world for doing something like this. The Raiders should be taking things like this very seriously after what happened with Ruggs.

It is unclear at the moment what the Raiders are going to decide to do with Hobbs, but there is a very good chance that he will not be on their roster any longer. The Raiders have definitely had a disappointing season on the football field, but everything that has happened off of it has certainly been much worse than all of their downplay on the field.
