The Los Angeles Rams embraced a “f–k them picks” mentality for years. It finally paid off with a Super Bowl victory. Everyone in the Rams organization is going full steam ahead. From Aaron Donald the players to head coach Sean McVay to general manager Les Snead to chief operating officer Kevin Demoff, the entire franchise wants to keep winning.

The Rams were mocked for their willingness to trade any draft pick they can. Now that it has paid off, they aren't stopping any time soon. According to Dylan Hernandez of the Los Angeles Times, Demoff and Los Angeles are going to remain aggressive for the foreseeable future.

“I don’t know that this model in particular is sustainable forever,” Demoff said. “To me, it’s not about, ‘Oh, this is the model we will always have.’ I think our model has been [being] aggressive in trying to build the best team that we can build. That is sustainable.”

“I think everybody who joined the Rams joined with this idea that we could be one of the best global sports franchises in the world,” he said. “And if we want to be one of the elite teams in this city, in the world, one title doesn’t get you there.”

The Rams' current model is, of course, not very sustainable. Unless their scouting for late rounds of the draft is perfect and their ability to swing trades remains elite, they will fall off once their current core of players ages.

However, the Rams are set up to be a great team for the next few years, which is the most important thing. They can worry about reloading their draft picks after they try to win more Super Bowls.
